TPPM specialises in children's themed birthday parties, debut (18th birthday) celebrations, weddings (through our TPP Weddings division), christenings, and intimate home celebrations (through La Petite Soiree by TPPM). We also take on corporate events and special occasions. With over 25 documented themes ranging from Lion King and Harry Potter to Greek Goddess and Korean Doljabi, there is virtually no concept we can't bring to life.

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible — especially for peak season dates (school holidays, summer, Christmas season) and weekend slots, which fill up quickly. Ideally, contact us at least 2–3 months before your event date. For weddings and larger events, 4–6 months in advance is ideal. That said, we always welcome inquiries for any timeline — please reach out and we will let you know about availability.

Yes — both are core services. Our Event Styling covers the full venue transformation: entrance installations, ceiling treatments, stage/backdrop, table setups, props, and character displays. Our Full Coordination service adds end-to-end event management — timeline creation, vendor supervision, and on-day coordination so you can relax and enjoy the celebration you've planned for. We can offer either service independently or as a complete package.

Absolutely. While we have 25+ documented themes on our portfolio (Lion King, Harry Potter, Woodland, Wild West, BLACKPINK K-pop, Pixar Cars, Aladdin, and many more), we genuinely thrive on custom concepts. Whether you have a detailed mood board or just a vague idea, our creative team — led by Ryan Gaspay — will collaborate with you to develop and execute a theme that is entirely unique to your child and your celebration.

La Petite Soiree by TPPM is our boutique sub-brand designed specifically for intimate home celebrations and small gatherings. Not every party needs a grand ballroom — and La Petite Soiree brings the same creative quality, custom craftsmanship, and warm TPPM touch to more intimate settings, scaled thoughtfully for the space and occasion. Yes — The Party Project Manila is based in Quezon City but serves clients across Metro Manila, including Makati, Pasig, Taguig, Paranaque, Manila, Mandaluyong, and nearby areas. For events significantly outside Metro Manila, please mention your venue location when you inquire so we can assess availability and any applicable travel arrangements. We believe that no distance should stand between a family and their dream celebration.
